A compassionate space to honour your grief and keep on growing
Grief is heavy. You don’t have to carry it alone. Whether you’re grieving a person, relationship, identity, health change, or another form of loss — there is space for your story here without pressure to “move on.” Coaching is different from therapy. We focus on building a present and future that supports your wellbeing and growth, without minimizing your loss.
Who is this for?
Grief Coaching supports you through the experience of loss. Those experiencing grief often struggle with feelings of isolation and hopelessness. Coaching offers a way to be witnessed in this human experience, and to create a space to imagine and rebuild again. This may be for you if:
- You feel alone or misunderstood in your grief
- You feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or emotionally stuck
- You’re navigating secondary losses like identity or community
- You crave a thinking partner to make sense of where to go next
- You want tools, grounding, and compassionate support
What we work on together
Grief can feel isolating, overwhelming, and disorienting. It changes who we are and how we see the world. In Grief Coaching we work on integrating and rebuilding — not by “moving on,” but by moving forward. Focus areas often include:
- Understanding and validating your grief experience
- Making space for emotions safely and intentionally
- Re-orienting identity after loss
- Strengthening nervous system resilience and coping tools
- Rebuilding meaning, structure, and self-trust
- Learning to carry grief with gentleness

What clients experience
This work is rooted in compassion, dignity, and presence. It is not about fixing you — grief is not a problem to solve — it is about being supported while you learn to live differently. Clients often experience:
- Relief through being witnessed and understood
- Reduced overwhelm and isolation
- More ability to function and communicate needs
- Gentle reconnection to purpose, creativity, and life

Grief Coaching FAQ
How is grief coaching different from therapy or support groups?
Coaching is forward-focused and solution-oriented, designed to help you navigate life after loss. A coach won’t diagnose or provide clinical treatment, but we can go deep on how you’re feeling, how you want to feel, and how to build a future that feels good to you. Coaching can complement therapy and many clients do both.
Is grief coaching only for death-related loss?
No. Loss is broad — relationship endings, health changes, roles, identity, and future dreams also deserve care.
How long should I wait after a loss to begin?
There is no right timing. Some people begin immediately, others months or years later.
